Worked fine out of the box. No drama. No hassle. Company did truncate the delivery address which caused some drama and delay with Fedex, forcing us to pick it up at the FedEx facility.

Gives a 30-60 minute runtime for my small home lab and network. Was able to get claude to set up Network ups tool to have devices power down before battery runs out. Definitely worth getting the pro version.

Having a display is nice so you dont have to guess whats going on.

For whatever reason, my home power has become less reliable this year and I had to do something to protect my computer beyond the normal surge protector. After a bit of research, this UPS seemed like a solid choice and it's already saved me twice in the one week that I've owned it!

When the unit is running on battery, it engages a fan that is extremely quiet. Some people might be annoyed at the constant "beep" that comes from the unit if it is supplying power to devices while the main line is dead, but it's not particularly loud or grating. Yes, it can be tiresome to put up with, but it allows you to leave the room and you can hear two things: 1. the UPS is still working and 2. power has not been restored.

After shutting down my computer, I used the unit to charge my nearly dead phone since I had no idea how long I'd be without power. Those two actions (shutting down my computer within a few minutes of losing power, and then charging my phone for almost an hour) seemed to consume very little of the stored capacity. I'm curious how much more I could've done with this UPS before it ran out.

In my opinion, one thing that would improve the unit would be to have an estimated time of the remaining battery based on current usage.

Nothing much to report other it with simple to hook up. And so far no issues.

I haven't had a power outage yet but it's nice to have backup power for my cpap machine..

No conventional monitoring port
