Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing GoldenMate. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a limited warranty for performance issues when batteries are used correctly in accordance with the product manual. This warranty is effective from the date of original purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).

 

 

1. Warranty

  • LiFePO4 batteries are covered by a 5-year warranty.
  • UPS batteries are covered by a 3-year warranty.

The warranty is valid from the original date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).

 

The warranty only applies to batteries used in accordance with the product manual and under normal operating conditions. Please read the product manual carefully before installation and use.

 

2. Procedures for Warranty Claims

We’ll assist to analyze the consumer’s problem within 24 hours, and help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.

 

If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement to the defective battery after it has been returned to our US warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared. And the defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

3. General Conditions for Warranty Claims

This warranty extends only to the original Purchaser. If gifted or resold the customer must go through the original Purchaser to claim a warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase.

 

Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated place at the specified time.

 

Batteries that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced battery(-ies) will abide by the original warranty period issued when first purchased.

 

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Failures due to not following instructions in the user manual.
  • Damage caused by water, extreme temperatures, or incompatible chargers.
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoldenMate is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of use.

 

Note: All returns must be arranged and shipped according to our instructions.
