How do I earn points?

Earn 500 points when you join, on your birthday and through eligible social actions. Purchases earn 1–4 points per $1, based on your VIP tier.

What rewards can I redeem?

Redeem 1,000 points for $10 off, 2,000 for $25 off, 3,000 for $50 off or a GoldenMate memorial T-shirt, and 4,000 for $100 off. Choose in Loyalty Hub, then enter the reward code at checkout.

How do VIP tiers work?

Bronze earns 1 point per $1. Silver begins at $500 and earns 2; Gold begins at $1,200 and earns 3; Diamond begins at $2,500 and earns 4.
